The Foundation is permitted to accept, either as gifts or through other means, any tangible or intangible, movable or immovable assets, as well as any associated rights or privileges necessary or useful for fulfilling the Trust’s purposes. It may also accept monetary contributions (in compliance with the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 or any related circulars/notifications) or in-kind donations from any individual(s) to further its stated objectives.
